My name is Patricia Ealey, CPT, and I am the Founder and Owner of CertiScreen Health Lab LLC. I created CertiScreen Health Lab with one purpose in mind: to care for people during some of the most vulnerable moments of their lives. I understand that lab work—especially for oncology patients and individuals managing chronic conditions—can feel overwhelming, exhausting, and deeply personal. That understanding is at the heart of everything I do.
As a Certified Phlebotomy Technician, I am committed to providing gentle, respectful, and dependable specimen collection services in an environment where patients feel safest and most at ease—whether in their home or onsite. Every patient is treated with compassion, patience, and dignity, because behind every lab order is a person, a story, and a journey that truly matters.
At CertiScreen Health Lab LLC, my goal is not just to collect samples, but to offer reassurance, comfort, and care—one patient at a time.
